Let's Reinvent our Ceremonies: Collective Writing and Temporalities
In these times of exhaustion and loss of meaning, how can we rethink our frameworks? Making groups, but to do what? To say what? To whom? What position should we adopt?
How can an artistic practice such as performance help us give shape to our resistance? Anchor us, connect us, listen to each other, and make us feel useful?
During this period of residency and exploration, we will learn about collective writing and explore our relationship with temporality.
Performance enables gathering and catharsis, so let's reinvent our ceremonies. Let's question our relationships and beliefs. Let's create spaces on stage for reparation, rest and healing. Let's reinvent our resistance, our regeneration, our traditions, our codes and our social and political tools.
