Launch of a publication on artistic initiatives that connect people with nature in their city.
The Book of Landscapes
- book launch
The Book of Landscapes is an online publication documenting PLACE: Performing Landscapes, a collaborative project by Hiatus (BE), Bethlen Theatre (HU), and Norwegian Landscape Theatre (NO).
The project focuses on developing and testing tools for artists engaging with urban green spaces, empowering them to create interactive artistic initiatives that connect people with nature in their city. The publication shares tools, methodologies, artistic experiences and inspiration for artists, scientists, educators, social workers, policymakers, activists and nature lovers.
On the occasion of this launch, Tormod Carlsen (NO) from Norwegian Landscape Theatre and historian and philosopher Allan-Lee Wei (BE) will present the publication.
